Deep-pocketed Taylor Swift fans in the market for new real estate may have a property they can’t pass up.
A mansion previously owned by the 35-year-old hitmaker recently hit the market for a whopping $14.5 million asking price, according to Realtor.com.
The home features an impressive 5,064 square feet and is spread out over 1.11 acres.
It can host plenty of guests with its eight bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
The home served as a romance spot for Taylor — who sat out the Met Gala this week — during her brief relationship with Kennedy family scion Conor Kennedy.
Conor, who is the son of the controversial Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., was spotted getting close to Taylor in the summer of 2012, and they were confirmed to be an item by August 2012.

Taylor bought the mansion for $5M in 2012 during her brief romance with Conor Kennedy but sold it in early 2013 for $5.675M after their breakup in October 2012; seen together in July 2012
Taylor went on to scoop up the Cape Cod mansion for $5 million during that period, as it was located within walking distance of the Kennedy Compound in Hyannis Port on Cape Cod.
But after her relationship with the Kennedy family member fizzled out in October 2012, Taylor Swiftly put the mansion on the market and sold it for a modest prophet at $5.675 million in the spring of 2013.
Swifties could recreate the Shake It Off singer’s romantic strolls around Cape Cod thanks to her old mansion’s 200-foot private beach, and the home by the water offers a stellar view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The property — which the listing says blends ‘historic charm with modern luxury’ — includes a convenient three-car garage featuring guest quarters.
The mansion features elegant wood floors and several cozy fireplaces — including a grand one in the main dining room — and a heated in-ground pool for comfortable swimming at any time of year.
Conveniently, the home has been listed as furnished, so the new buyer won’t have to spend a second fortune on furniture.
Swift’s former mansion reportedly gets plenty of natural light thanks to its ‘expansive windows,’ and anyone looking for even more can relax in its sunroom.
Gourmet meals should be within reach in its up-to-date chef’s kitchen, which includes a built-in pantry.

Taylor reportedly met Conor in the summer of 2012, after she released her song Starlight, which was inspired by his grandparents Ethel and Robert F. Kennedy Sr.
At the time, Conor was living in the wake of the tragic death of his mother Mary Richardson Kennedy.
Mary, who had been in the midst of a divorce from his father Robert F. Kennedy Jr., died by suicide in May 2012.
Prior to her death she had discovered a journal from her estranged husband in which he kept records of affairs he carried on with 37 women going back 2001, according to New York Magazine. He and Mary had married in 1994, and he filed for divorce in 2010.
Taylor and Conor were linked after a party in July 2012, when they reportedly kiss and showed off some PDA.
But the relationship wasn’t long for the world, and they went their separate ways by October 2012.
In August of last year, Conor got engaged to the Brazilian singer Giulia Be, 25.
