A wild house party with about 200 underage teens has led to more than a stern talking to for a dozen of the rowdy kids, some who were filmed swinging on a chandelier in a rager that caused $16,000 in damages.
The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department arrested four 17-year-olds, five 16-year-olds, and three 15-year-olds from multiple Tennessee high schools for allegedly breaking into the empty luxury home in February.
Police are expecting at least one more arrest to face charges of felony vandalism and aggravated criminal trespassing.
The property in East Nashville was up for sale when the teens stole a key from a lock box to get inside, according to police.
Neighbors eventually caught on to the commotion and called owner Kyle Grasser, 35, around 9:30 pm on February 28.
Grasser raced over and found over 100 kids fleeing from the front door. He made sure to record the kids and tracked down footage they posted on social media.
He told local NBC affiliate WSMV that he found an Instagram post advertising the party at his address, with at least 25 students identified who posted about it.
One video even showed teens swinging on a chandelier.

Police are expecting at least one more arrest

Nashville Police have made 12 arrests after teenagers broke into a house and threw a wild party in February
‘You could smell the smoke from outside. You walked in, and the floors are saturated with beer and party juice of all different kinds,’ Grasser told local ABC affiliate WKRN at the time.
‘They blacked out the lights [and] ripped out a few of the fixtures, so it was relatively dark in here.
‘It was just a mess in here. You put a lot of work into making something like this happen and you just feel helpless against that kind of crowd.’
Nashville PD then arrived on the scene and found alcohol bottles and cans and signs of drug use.

The homeowner received a call from a neighbor notifying him of the party and he rushed over to find his newly-listed house trashed and 200 teenagers flooding the home
The house was significantly damaged, with the floors soaked in alcohol, light fixtures ripped from the ceiling, cabinets broken, and the paint job ruined.
Grasser is a real estate agent who had recently listed the property for sale.
‘It’s heartbreaking. I am not some big developer. I am just a guy. I’ve got my whole life savings into these houses. You roll up and see everybody destroying that, you feel helpless,’ he told WSMV.
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home was listed for $860,000.

Kyle Grasser (pictured) is a real estate agent who listed the property. He told local news that he didn’t want to ruin any of the teenager’s lives but wanted retribution for the damage they caused
Grasser said that he learned his lesson the hard way and beefed up security after the teens broke into the home.
He told WSMV that he changed the lock box adding, ‘You are never sure who is in the house and who is sharing that information.’
Grasser added that he didn’t want to ruin any of the teens’ lives over a mistake, but said he needed retribution for the $16,000 in damages.
DailyMail.com reached out to Metropolitan Nashville PD for more information on the arrests but didn’t immediately hear back.
