A crazed Tennessee driver ran over a tow truck operator’s head in a desperate bid to avoid having his vehicle seized – with a woman allegedly directing him on how to flee the scene.
Nicholas Wray, 34, and Brandi Revels, 27, are now behind bars, where they face charges of aggravated assault over the incident, according to a press release.
The victim, known as Phil Pacman Guy on social media, was in the process of towing a red 2011 Ford Focus outside an apartment complex in Memphis last month when a man suddenly jumped into the vehicle and reversed over his head, Law and Crime reported.
In shocking video Guy can be seen clutching his head and writhing on the ground while crying out in pain and agony after the incident.
‘Ahhh!’ he yells. ‘Oh my God! You ran over my f***ing head!’
It was just before 8am on March 26 when the tow truck operator headed to the University Gardens Manor apartment complex in Hyde Park for a routine repossession.
As he began hooking his truck to the vehicle the suspect dashed across the truck and jumped into the vehicle, according to the Memphis Police Department. He was encouraged by cries from the bystander that he should ‘Hurry up’.
Video shows Guy sliding under the front passenger wheel to attach the Ford to tow cables just seconds before the suspect starts the engine. The driver then shifts into reverse and runs over Guy’s head and neck.

Then a woman is seen entering the frame and, for nearly a minute directs the main suspect on how to flee the scene. She continues signaling to him despite him bumping into a wall multiple times before finally managing to drive away.
‘You’re going to f***ing jail!’ Guy can be heard screaming as the suspect drives off.
Miraculously, Guy managed to get to his feet and stagger back toward his truck though in visible agony.
‘It’s hard to watch,’ a neighbor, who preferred to remain anonymous, told Fox 13 Memphis.
‘I feel sorry for him, but I don’t think his job was that important. I don’t think, as a person who tows cars, he should have looked at what was going on and decided not to put his head under the car.’
Officers with the Memphis Police Department (MPD) arrived at the scene to find Guy suffering from dark abrasions on his head and a black mark on the front of his hoodie, Fox 13 reported.
The victim also complained of arm pain and said he had to be shaken to be kept conscious.
He was ultimately taken to Regional One hospital for treatment, where he is expected to make a full recovery.
