Australian shoppers are devastated after discovering one of their favourite biscuits disappeared from supermarket shelves.
Arnott’s Nice biscuits ($2.50) are the latest product hit with supply chain issues and haven’t been seen at Coles and Woolworths in months.
While thousands feared the biscuits had been discontinued, FEMAIL can confirm they will be back on shelves soon.
‘Our delicious Arnott’s Nice biscuits are experiencing a temporary supply delay and should be back on shelf in the next few weeks,’ an Arnott’s spokesperson said.
Shoppers have been venting their frustration online, with many demanding an exact date for when the biscuits will be back.
Aussies have been hit with a string of supply-related issues of late, with popular treats like banana Nesquik and Fantales also removed from stores.
‘I’ve noticed there isn’t much of a variety in biscuits as my local Woolworths. All my favourite ones have gradually disappeared off the shelves over the years,’ a shopper said online.
‘It should never be like this in Australia when the biscuits are made in Queensland,’ one pointed out.

The bargain buy has been receiving a tonne of praise online, with mums across the country claiming Aldi’s dupe is ‘even better’ than the Arnott’s snack.
‘Whoever likes Tim Tams, but the Aldi version,’ a shopper wrote in popular Facebook group Aldi Mums. ‘They are heaps better.’
‘My partner just finished a whole packet in one sitting as I was reading this,’ an Aldi fan said. ‘They are very nice.’
‘I agree, the chocolate tastes so much better on the Aldi version,’ a third wrote.
Aldi’s version only comes in one flavour, whereas Tim Tams offer more options including café latte, salted caramel brownie, white chocolate, and others.
