President Donald Trump slapped down a reporter he called ‘wrong’ on his high-stakes trade deal talks with China.
Trump was speaking at the top of a meeting with Norway’s prime minister on Thursday afternoon.
Earlier, Trump launched a bizarre rant about ‘liberal mess’ Harvard and the university’s strange connection to his own family company.
Trump revealed that Harvard is fighting several of his administration’s actions to limit the university’s access to federal and foreign dollars in court.
But the school is being represented by a lawyer that also works on behalf of the Trump Organization.

Trump snaps at reporter he says is ‘wrong’
By Nikki Schwab, Chief Campaign Correspondent at the White House
President Donald Trump pushed back on China’s claim that it was ‘fake news’ that two countries were engaged in trade talks.
‘Well, they had a meeting this morning,’ Trump shrugged.
‘So, I can’t tell you, doesn’t matter who “they” is, we may reveal it later. But they had meetings this morning and we’ve been meeting with China,’ the president added.
He then told the journalist ‘you have your reporting wrong.’
It was China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson Guo Jiakun who made the comment, saying Thursday, ‘all of this is fake news.’

Marjorie Taylor Greene teases major next political step
Jon Michael Raasch, Political Reporter for DailyMail.com
Georgia lawmaker Marjorie Taylor Greene believes that she may have what it takes to be a senator.
The rabble-rousing Republican has been working on Capitol Hill since 2021, and in just a few short years, she has become one of the most recognizable lawmakers in Washington after years of stoking controversy.
One of the most fervent Trump allies, Greene has sided with the president on virtually all of his policy positions. She rarely bucks the MAGA trends set by the president.
Buoyed by support from Trump amid some of her more contentious culture wars, Greene has made a name for herself by consistently backing far-right causes and combatively shouting down Democrats, like Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, who disagree.
Now, after years of honing her right-wing message and growing her already massive social media following, Greene is seriously considering a run for Senate in 2026, two sources revealed to the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Jon Michael Raasch, Political Reporter for DailyMail.com

The official Trump store recently released a new ‘Trump 2028 Hat,’ and they are so popular that the site has a disclaimer noting the cap is in ‘high demand’ and additional processing might be required as they fly off the shelves.
Bright red with bold white lettering, the cap is now on sale for $50.
‘The future looks bright! Rewrite the rules with the Trump 2028 high crown hat,’ the initial product description for the hat stated.

Trump war in Ukraine ‘Biden’s war’
By Geoff Earle, Deputy U.S. Political Editor
President Donald Trump once again blame his predecessors for the war in Ukraine, on a day he chastised Russian President Putin for bombing Kiev.
‘This isn’t my war. This is Biden’s war. Biden was president when this war happened, but I’m trying to put out the fire,’ Trump said, on a day he told Putin, ‘Vladimir, STOP!’
Trump also blamed President Obama for failing to pry back Crimea after Russia annexed the strategic territory from Ukraine in 2014, amid reports the U.S. wants Ukraine to recognize Russian control of the territory as part of a peace plan.
‘When you say Crimea, that was handed over during a president named Barack Hussein Obama, that was had nothing to do with me, Crimea, that was 11 years ago with Obama, and they made a decision,’ Trump said.
Trump also got asked if he deserved the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts to end the war. ‘Maybe for the Abraham accords,’ Trump responded, referencing his first term accomplishment in the Middle East. ‘I don’t want to get ahead of myself on this one,’ he added.
Trump pushes that he’s ‘putting a lot of pressure’ on Russia to end war in Ukraine
By Nikki Schwab, Chief Campaign Correspondent at the White House
President Donald Trump bristled when asked Thursday why he wasn’t putting more pressure on Russia to end its war with Ukraine.
‘I’m putting a lot of pressure. You don’t know what pressure I’m putting on Russia. You have no idea what pressure I’m putting on them,’ Trump said during his Oval Office meeting with Norwegian Prime Minster Jonas Gahr Støre.
Russia launched its most vicious attack on Kyiv overnight, killing 12.
When asked about it, Trump said he wasn’t pleased with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
‘I didn’t like last night. I wasn’t happy with it. And we’re in the midst of talking peace and missiles were fired. And I was not happy with it, that’s what I meant,’ Trump said.
He had posted to Truth Social that Putin needed to ‘STOP!’
Trump was also asked what concessions Russia was making to end the war.
‘Stopping taking the whole country, pretty big concession,’ the president answered.

Trump loves question about whether he deserves the Nobel Peace Prize
By Nikki Schwab, Chief Campaign Correspondent at the White House
President Donald Trump ate up a question Thursday about whether he should be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
‘Thank you very much for that question, I like that question,’ the president said grinning.
A reporter posed the question to Norwegian Prime Minster Jonas Gahr Støre, who gave a diplomatic answer.
‘Well I salute President Trump for having been taking very important initiatives to get this conflict towards and end, which both parties deserve. We need to have a ceasefire to save lives and move towards something which is more secure for Europe and the people concerned,’ Støre said.
Støre then turned to the question at hand.
‘On that prize, you know, that is a committee taking care of that which is completely working on its own terms. And I don’t have any opinion on that,’ the prime minister said.

A Ukraine-Russia deal will likely be a top topic of conversation between Trump and Støre during their afternoon meetings.
During an interview Thursday night with BlazeTV’s Glenn Beck, Trump said a deal could happen.
‘I don’t believe Vladimir Putin would be doing this for anybody else but me,’ Trump boasted.
Trump to meet with Atlantic editor Jeffrey Goldberg
By Emily Goodin, senior White House Correspondent
President Donald Trump revealed he’ll be meeting with Atlantic editor Jeffrey Goldberg on Thursday as part of an interview he’s doing with the publication.
‘Later today I will be meeting with, of all people, Jeffrey Goldberg, the Editor of The Atlantic, and the person responsible for many fictional stories about me, including the made-up HOAX on “Suckers and Losers” and, SignalGate, something he was somewhat more “successful” with,’ Trump wrote on Truth Social.
Goldberg was added to a Signal chat with senior Trump officials talking about American military strikes in Yemen.
Trump added he’d also be meeting with Atlantic reporters Michael Scherer and Ashley Parker for a piece they are writing. The president hits the first 100 days mark of his administration next week.
‘The story they are writing, they have told my representatives, will be entitled, “The Most Consequential President of this Century.” I am doing this interview out of curiosity, and as a competition with myself, just to see if it’s possible for The Atlantic to be “truthful,”’ he noted.
And he concluded: ‘The way I look at it, what can be so bad – I WON!’
John Fetterman’s surprising three words of advice for Trump when it comes to Iran
Jon Michael Raasch, Political Reporter for DailyMail.com
Sen. John Fetterman is loudly advocating for President Donald Trump to cut off nuclear negotiations with Iran and get to dropping bombs on the country instead.
‘Waste that s***,’ the Democrat and staunch Israel ally told the Washington Free Beacon on Wednesday, referring to Tehran’s nuclear facilities.
The towering Pennsylvanian went on to eviscerate those who would oppose the plan on grounds it could lead to a wider conflict.
‘You know, they’ve been saying for years and years Hezbollah was the ultimate bada** that kept Israel in check, and we can’t move on anything beyond that,’ he told the outlet.
‘All of these so-called experts were all wrong,’ he said.
The Trump administration asks Supreme Court to allow its transgender military ban
Jon Michael Raasch, Political Reporter for DailyMail.com
The White House has petitioned the Supreme Court to allow enforcement of a controversial ban on transgender servicemembers as the directive gets litigated in court.
The Trump administration requested the move Thursday.
It comes after Trump enacted an executive action banning trans military members because it ‘conflicts with a soldier’s commitment to an honorable, truthful, and disciplined lifestyle, even in one’s personal life.’
A Washington U.S. District Court Judge Benjamin Settle ruled in favor of multiple trans military members, saying the firing would cause damage to their careers.
Trump tears into Harvard University calling it ‘anti-Semitic’ and ‘far left’ as he attacks its lawyer
By Geoff Earle, Deputy U.S. Political Editor
President Donald Trump unloaded on Harvard University in an angry rant where he took on one of the 400-year-old anniversary’s attorneys.
‘Harvard is an Anti-Semitic, Far Left Institution, as are numerous others, with students being accepted from all over the World that want to rip our Country apart. The place is a Liberal mess, allowing a certain group of crazed lunatics to enter and exit the classroom and spew fake ANGER AND HATE. It is truly horrific!’ Trump wrote.
‘Now, since our filings began, they act like they are all “American Apple Pie.” Harvard is a threat to Democracy, with a lawyer, who represents me, who should therefore be forced to resign, immediately, or be fired. He’s not that good, anyway, and I hope that my very big and beautiful company, now run by my sons, gets rid of him ASAP!’
Trump may have been referencing William Burck of the prominent firm of Quinn Emanuel Urquart & Sullivan.
Also representing the school is Robert Hur, who Trump appointed as the U.S. Attorney for Maryland, an who conducted a probe into Joe Biden’s handling of classified materials. Trump and Republicans have used accusations of antisemitism during campus protests last year to call for sweeping changes at American universities.
The Trump administration froze more than $2 billion in federal research and other funds the university gets after it refused a series of demands relating to diversity, hiring, and curriculum. Harvard, which has the world’s biggest endowment, elected to sue, saying the demands violated its constitutional rights.
Fox News star stunned on air after new Trump approval poll unveiled with dire warning for administration
A seasoned Fox News political commentator offered a blunt assessment when presented with polling data showing President Trump’s poll numbers coming back down to earth.
Trump, who began his term with majority approval following his contentious election campaign, now finds himself trailing his predecessors in his public approval rating as he approaches the 100-day mark of his second term – with tariffs and the economy evidently driving the drop.
‘So much of what he’s undertaken remains a work in progress and you know – they haven’t got any trade deals yet. The tariffs are out there and people are worried about them and don’t like them. We don’t know how that’s going to play out,’ said Fox political commentator Britt Hume, discussing Trump’s 44 percent approval rating.

Trump to Putin: ‘Vladimir, STOP!’
By Emily Goodin, senior White House Correspondent
President Donald Trump demanded Russian President Vladimir Putin ‘stop’ his military strikes on the Ukraine.
‘I am not happy with the Russian strikes on KYIV. Not necessary, and very bad timing. Vladimir, STOP! 5000 soldiers a week are dying. Lets get the Peace Deal DONE!,’ he wrote on his Truth Social account.
Russia launched a huge attack on Kyiv, the capital city, early Thursday, killing at least eight people and injuring more than 60 others.
The strike came as Trump is pressuring Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to accept a peace deal that is seen as favoring Russia. The administration’s plan would grant Russia all of Ukrainian territory it has gained in the war. Zelensky called it unacceptable.

Trump signals that Elon Musk will ‘ease out’ of his administration and DOGE with very cryptic comment
President Trump praised Elon Musk – at one point in the past tense – after the DOGE chief said he would pare back his government work to a ‘day or two’ per week after Tesla profits plunged.
Trump repeatedly lauded Musk, who has become a national lightning rod for spearheading the effort to slash agency spending, fire federal workers on short notice, and identify billions in savings by slashing what he calls waste and abuse.
‘He was a tremendous help both in the campaign and what he’s done with DOGE,’ Trump told reporters when asked about what role Musk would play in the future.

Inside the staff ‘civil war’ under Pete Hegseth with ‘vicious’ backstabbing aides as he shakes up Pentagon
Pete Hegseth’s tenure at the Pentagon has reached a new level of Shakespearean drama complete with back-stabbing aides, battling rivalries, an ambitious wife and an internal civil war involving the future of America’s military.
Most striking about this drama are the players themselves.
It’s members of Hegseth’s own team, including longtime friend and allies, who are turning against him, telling tales of chaos, meltdowns and inappropriate behavior in the halls of the Defense Department.
