The Texas-inspired menu for the Master Club Dinner has been revealed, with current green-jacket holder Scottie Scheffler no doubt bringing his Lone Star State roots to Augusta.
The prestigious dinner, only open to previous winners of The Masters, is bad news for vegetarians as every dish outside of dessert has meat or fish in it.
Scheffler got to pick the menu for the previous Masters champions as the current green jacket holder. Scheffler won the honorable golf major last year by four strokes over Ludvig Aberg.
The glitzy dinner is scheduled for April 8, in line with tradition, as it is being held the Tuesday before this year’s Masters tournament.
Scheffler had the chance to pick the Master Club Dinner menu once before during the 2023 edition, with many similarities between the dishes served two years apart.
The golfers who will attend have the choice of three appetizers – cheeseburger sliders, which will be served ‘Scottie-style’, meaning French fries will be between the top bun and slice of cheese.

If red meat is not desired, firecracker shrimp is another appetizer option, with sweet Thai chili and Sriracha mayonnaise dipping sauces.
The final offering for the appetizer trio are ‘Papa Scheff’s’ meatball and ravioli bites, served with pecorino cheese and a tomato basil sauce.
The new appetizer for this year’s menu is a nod to his injury from Christmas Day, which caused him to miss a few events to start this season, when he cut himself with a wine glass when attempting to make homemade ravioli.
The ‘first course’ is a Texas-style chili, which can be identified by the use of tomato paste in the recipe, turning the dish into a deep-red hue. In the chili will be cheddar cheese, jalapenos, and corn chips.
The chili is the last major change from his 2023 menu, which featured a tortilla soup served before the entree course.
