Dramatic video captured the moment a speeding driver zoomed through a ritzy Los Angeles neighborhood before meeting a violent fate.
The terrifying incident occurred around 12am Monday on Garnet Street in Redondo Beach.
A resident on the street was awoken by the sound of the loud crash, which he captured on home surveillance footage.
The clip showed a white SUV barreling down the street so fast that the vehicle launched into the air after hitting what appeared to be a speed bump on the residential road.
After speeding past several homes, the car spun out of control and flipped upside-down into a driveway.
After living on the street for 33 years, the resident who recorded the insane crash, told KTLA this was his first time seeing anything like this.
At least one person was taken to the hospital and someone was arrested, but it is unclear if it is the same person, police told the outlet.
It is unclear if there were any passengers in the car at the time of the crash, or what caused it. DailyMail.com contacted the Redondo Beach Police Department for information.

The car eventually crashed into the driveway of a home. Cops are seen at the scene near the mangled vehicle
The video started with the out of control driver blasting down the road just before reaching the speed bump.
As the car reached the bump, the car flew into the air as sparks flew off the vehicle on its way back down to the pavement.
The car then continued on full force, narrowly avoiding parked cars on the street, and slammed into the driveway.
The vehicle’s brakes screeched loudly as the car toppled over before finally coming to a stop.
Soon after the car crashed, a woman was seen walking out of a nearby home, looking down the street to see what happened.
The woman looked up and down the block, seemingly trying to piece together what just occurred.
The video ended with a horrific image that showed the disheveled car stuck in the sloped driveway as police officers stood nearby.
The average price of a home in Redondo Beach is about $1.49 million, according to Zillow.

In a similar incident, a careless driver was seen speeding through a Tennessee city at incredibly high speeds.
In December, a driver tore through West Main Street in Lebanon – about 30 miles east of Nashville – around 3.25am.
The speed at which the vehicle was going and the weather conditions that night dissuaded officers from actively pursuing the vehicle.
Moments after the car sped by in the footage, it plowed right through the Lebanon Square, a circular patch of landscaped grass with a statue, before slamming into several nearby businesses.

Two people were found to be in the vehicle, according to Lebanon Police.
‘It was quickly determined that no other vehicles were involved. Both were transported to the hospital, one of whom was in serious condition,’ the department said.
A police traffic unit determined ‘that speed and alcohol are believed to be factors involved in the wreck.’
The crash site spanned over 700 feet, according to police. Fencing, shrubbery, a tree, and several light poles were damaged on top of the businesses that were caught up in the wreck.
The incredible video showing the moment when the driver of the car lost control was captured by a 360-degree police camera that was set up in the square.
